Our Rich History.

The Marshall family has a long history in these parts. Hard to find a local that you're not related to. The land that the farm sits on has been in the family for some 240+ years. The reverend Daniel Marshall came to America in the third year of the Plymouth Colony then slowly migrated to the south, where he started the first Baptist church in Georgia. Danile and his sons fought in the revolutionary war and as gratitude were awarded land to farm. 6 generation later we are still farming the land.  We continue the traditions of opening our arms to all those who want to experience homesteading life, learn the fiber arts, see what it like to hand milk a cow, collect some chicken eggs, or just sit back on the porch and enjoy a lazy Georgia afternoon.
